Required

Power Apps: 3 years+
Power Automate Flow: 3 Years+
Power BI: 1 Year+
Proficient in Power BI
Experience in reporting design, development, and maintenance
Understanding of best practices for data visualization
Proficient in Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), including measures, calculated columns, and tables
Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio and Structured Query Language
Bachelor's degree in a technical or operational field; equivalent practical experience may be considered

Preferred

Experience with Power Platform and related applications
Experience with Fabric
Familiarity with HR data
