Product Manager, Voice Agent
Decagon is the leading conversational AI platform empowering brands to deliver concierge customer experiences. The Product Manager for the Voice Agent will define the vision and strategy for Decagon’s AI-powered voice agent, working closely with customers and engineering to translate needs into actionable specifications.

Responsibilities
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Decagon’s voice agent
Work closely with customers to deeply understand their problems and requirements
Translate these into clear specs and evals, then partner with engineering and research to bring them to life
Qualification
Required
Have 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, founder, engineer, researcher etc.)
Experience building voice agents, e.g., LLMs, speech-to-text models, text-to-speech models, speech-to-speech models, background noise separation, call center integrations
Strong technical acumen — comfortable discussing APIs, AI models, and architecture with engineers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments
Preferred
A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree or equivalent technical experience
Experience working at a startup or high-growth company
Experience working on an enterprise B2B product
