The Interim Litigation Attorney will support the firm’s litigation defense practice by drafting pre‑trial motions, motions in limine, jury instructions, voir dire questions, and verdict slips, as well as reviewing deposition transcripts to prepare direct and cross‑examinations for trial
Qualification
Required
License to practice law in Massachusetts in good standing
7+ years of civil litigation experience, including trial experience in the Massachusetts Superior Court
Strong experience reviewing deposition transcripts and advanced legal writing skills, including drafting pre‑trial motions, motions in limine, jury instructions, voir dire questions, verdict slip, etc
