Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support
Provide part and pump price quotes, and process orders and change requests
Assist with warranty claim processing, credit memos, and no-charge transactions
Maintain quote and production order logs, and utilize the ERP-LX (Order Entry) system
Prepare customer communication folders and process order entry and status updates
Support the sales team with customer-related tasks and activities
Adhere to ISO9001 Customer Service Procedures and Work Instructions
Ensure compliance with export requirements
Assist in resolving AR collections and dispute resolution issues
Complete other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Required

High School Diploma required
1-3 years of customer service experience
Strong financial/accounting and problem solving skills

Preferred

Associate's degree or some college experience
Experience with SAP, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ticketing/service management systems
