Responsibilities

Execute coordinated project plans for customer migrations from legacy to new platforms, and professional service engagements across the platform suite

Provide regular internal and external status updates, highlighting accomplishments and risks

Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering to align solutions with client objectives

Provide advanced application support and consulting customers on best practices using software

Collaborate with Customer Engagement teams to ensure smooth transition from migration to adoption

Act as a finance SME to advise clients on billing and paying workflows, financial data integrity, and compliance within the platform

Provide guidance on financial workflows, reporting, and all media finance related processes

Participate in internal UAT activities and maintain awareness of ongoing product development and vision

Stay informed on media and advertising industry trends to provide strategic insights

Required

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or related field

Must have worked with Mediaocean applications

3+ years in client services, training, or consulting

Hands-on experience using Media applications to manage finance workflows

Prior experience working in a media agency environment

Ability to work across timezones

Strong project planning and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
