Responsibilities
Lead, architect, design, develop, and deploy complex .NET and cloud-based applications
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business analysts to translate requirements into solutions
Implement solutions using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
Integrate applications with third-party APIs, databases, and Azure services
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
Lead code reviews and drive continuous quality improvements
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment and release management
Troubleshoot complex production and development issues
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and accessibility standards
Contribute to long-term technical planning and architecture decisions
Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Qualification
Required
15+ years of total software development experience
5+ years of application development using .NET framework and Microsoft technologies
5+ years in a Technical Lead / Lead .NET Engineer role mentoring developers
7+ years' experience with Angular, React, or Blazor
5+ years' experience developing applications in Azure cloud with CI/CD pipelines
Preferred
Degree in Information Technology or related field
5+ years translating business requirements into technical designs
8+ years with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
3+ years with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Event Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and Azure CIAM
5+ years of experience with API design, microservices, distributed systems, and Azure monitoring
10+ years writing automated unit tests
5+ years with SQL Server / Azure SQL database design and development
Strong experience with Entity Framework and performance tuning tools
