Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and governance initiatives
Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and precision
Drive results independently while aligning daily tasks with long-term strategic goals
Find opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to innovative solutions
Support oversight of data acquisition and distribution, ensuring compliance with governance standards

Qualification

Required

Mid-level experience in financial services as a business and/or data analyst
Ability to connect day-to-day tasks with broader organizational objectives
Familiarity with data analysis, visualization, and presentation tools
Strong written and verbal skills for engaging with both business and technology collaborators
Collaborative, diligent, and eager to contribute to team and customer success
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred

SQL experience preferred
