Senior Director, Investment Sales and Capital Stack: Full-Time or Hybrid
Market Capital Solutions is actively seeking experienced Investment Sales professionals to join their dynamic and growing team. The role involves leading and growing your own investment sales book while collaborating with a seasoned team of professionals.

Responsibilities
Source and develop new leads for off-market commercial real estate investment opportunities
Identify and engage potential buyers for commercial assets
Manage and grow your book of business in investment sales
Collaborate with team members on transactions and business development strategies
Maintain and organize a robust sales pipeline to ensure timely deal closures
Contribute to strategic planning and team leadership, with potential to lead junior staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (in-progress degrees will be considered)
Demonstrated experience and success in Sales, particularly Investment Sales
Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and financial analysis
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with the New York City real estate market is a strong plus
Experience in the investment or financial services industry is a plus
