Proven experience designing and delivering solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including model selection, evaluation, orchestration, and grounding
Deep expertise in Power Platform architecture and governance
Strong understanding of conversational AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering at enterprise scale
Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs and connectors
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity, and security concepts
Excellent client-facing, presentation, and facilitation skills
