Responsibilities
Own the resort’s financial performance, P&L, budgets, and capital planning
Drive KPI results, operational efficiency, and risk management
Partner with corporate and regional leaders to execute Vacatia’s strategic goals
Champion service excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Activities, and Security
Ensure exceptional standards of quality, cleanliness, and amenities
Build systems for preventive maintenance, quality assurance, and rapid issue resolution
Inspire, coach, and develop a strong leadership team
Lead performance management, succession planning, and ongoing development
Be a visible, hands-on leader who sets the tone for accountability, respect, and results
Serve as the face of the resort for owners, community partners, and internal stakeholders
Align daily operations with Vacatia’s values, standards, and long-term vision
Qualification
Required
10+ years of senior leadership in hotel, resort, or vacation ownership operations
Proven success leading large, complex teams and high-volume properties
Strong financial expertise with P&L, forecasting, and capital budgeting
Bachelor's degree required
A leadership style that motivates, communicates clearly, and drives measurable results
Preferred
Master's degree
Bilingual strongly preferred
