Responsibilities
Maintain membership eligibility and contract affiliations for Large Organized Customers (LOC)
Enter, update, and validate membership data across multiple systems, including Model N Revenue Manager and SAP iShift
Research discrepancies by navigating across systems and 'going down the rabbit hole' to identify and resolve data issues
Process master data updates with accuracy and in accordance with compliance and SOP guidelines
Support account management teams by resolving membership questions and providing timely updates
Monitor membership accuracy across Revenue Manager, MicroStrategy, and boundary systems
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers to fix issues and ensure clean, synchronized data
Ensure data compliance with SOX, Government Pricing, and audit requirements
Collaborate across business units to improve membership workflows and support contracting operations
Work independently while proactively taking on new tasks, projects, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1–3 years of experience in contracting, pricing, membership operations, or large data management
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills—able to dig deep into data and investigate inconsistencies
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, data validation, reporting)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
Ability to work independently, adapt to new systems quickly, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Model N, Revenue Manager, SAP iShift, or similar enterprise platforms is a plus
