Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to leaders, including scheduling, coordination, and general organizational assistance
Manage calendars, meetings, and conference room scheduling
Prepare, review, and organize documents, correspondence, and reports
Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and taking/distributing meeting minutes
Coordinate internal events, meetings, and occasional company functions
Serve as back-up support for front desk and receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing incoming communications
Assist with the handling of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple leaders and teams
