Responsibilities

Partners with business units in their development of strategic plans and frameworks with particular focus upon industry structure, vertical integration, and new business model/technology applications
Researches and analyzes opportunities ensuring a thorough due diligence and understanding of the target industry, key participants, competitive trends
Assesses, analyzes, structures, negotiates, documents and executes corporate investment transactions
Works closely with internal (Legal, Accounting, Tax) and external advisors (Consultants, Bankers, Lawyers)

Required

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
3 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a variety of demanding situations
Exceptional organization and planning skills, with attention to detail
Ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues using an analytical framework, and develop creative solutions to business challenges
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with all levels of management
Ability to problem solve and effectively deal with ambiguity
Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and manage stress while working in a variety of situations

Preferred

Master of Business Administration
Experience in project management and/or consulting
