Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial solar sector, with a focus on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, industry partners, and key stakeholders
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market developments to identify strategic opportunities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets, ranging from $3-5 million
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns that showcase the value proposition of our commercial solar solutions
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Establish and manage strategic partnerships with general contractors, developers, and other key players in the commercial solar industry
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
Act as a liaison between the company and industry partners, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships
Track and analyze sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to leadership
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to highlight achievements and areas for improvement

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
