Inside Sales Coordinator
TPS LLC is a leader in thermal processing products and test solutions, seeking talented individuals to join their growing team. The Inside Sales Coordinator will assist with managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring order accuracy, and supporting Regional Sales Managers by providing various sales reports to management.

Responsibilities
Complete various sales reports as required; ensure pertinent documents and communications are updated and distributed; direct communications between corporate and field sales
Work closely with engineering, production, and test to communicate to customers’ accurate scheduling time for shipments
Evaluate, capture and communicate accurate customer’s requirements
Receive, review, process, and document all orders and change orders per guidelines and procedures in place
First point of customer and rep contact into the factory
Ability to interpret and quickly respond to customer’s needs or elevate to management as required
Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel
Distribute leads daily from our CRM system
Manage projects from our standard product line and communicate ship dates and information to customers
Welcomes, establishes, and monitors visitor access and issues passes when required
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, forwards to appropriate personnel or department
Provide admin support for RSM (Regional Sales Manager) and Sales Reps
Ability to answer questions about the TPS businesses and provide callers with contact information
Ability to work in several business systems used by the Sales Support Department. Training will be provided
Build Strong relationships with key internal and external customers to increase market intimacy and knowledge to identify and respond to customer satisfaction issues
Assist the Applications Engineering department in completing Engineered to Order “ETO” requests
Qualification
Required
Six to twelve months experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
MS Office experience required with an emphasis on MS Excel
Professional manner and ability to represent the company well and deal effectively with reps and customers over the telephone, via email and fax
Preferred
Technical and/or sales experience is desirable
AS400 experience is desirable
