Responsibilities

Answering and litigating customer complaints filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission
Representing the client before the regulator
Working closely with internal stakeholders and supporting regulatory and litigation matters within a highly regulated utilities environment

Qualification

Required

3+ years of litigation experience, including regulatory or utilities-related matters
Experience responding to and litigating customer complaints before regulatory bodies
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and manage matters from intake through resolution
Experience working within regulated industries or large organizational environments
Candidates must be based in Philadelphia and able to come into the office three days a week, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
The selected candidate will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement

Preferred

Prior experience representing utilities or energy companies
Familiarity with proceedings before the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission
Background in regulatory compliance or administrative litigation
