Responsibilities
Preparation and / or review of individual and business tax returns, ranging from simple to complex in nature
Perform tax related research and complete special projects
Communicate with clients, the IRS and other business professionals as needed
Consult with clients on accounting and tax issues
Prepare complex federal and state returns for large corporations
Prepare or review tax provision numbers and assist with SEC reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Accounting degree or related coursework
2+ years of tax experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude with tax accounting software, preferable
CPA a plus
