They are seeking a talented Architectural Job Captain to support their growing pipeline of new work, requiring strong organizational skills and experience in project delivery.

Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
5-7 years of experience in an architectural or interior design firm. Previous experience delivering multi-unit restaurant or retail projects is required
Self motivated with strong organizational skills, ability to manage a project independently and ask for help when you need it
Experience and comfort managing and coordinating with the various other parties required for project delivery such as Surveyors, Engineers, Contractors, Owner Vendors, etc
Experience with most phases of project delivery – early site due diligence through construction administration
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
Understanding of building codes, and comfort with referencing codes in multiple jurisdictions
Licensed Architect or on path to licensure
Expert proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhino, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite
Currently lives in or willing to quickly relocate to New Orleans
Is comfortable traveling ~30% of the time, as needed for projects
Is looking to have fun and get their hands dirty – we are at a dynamic moment of growth in the studio, so ambition and a willingness to help build for the future are huge pluses
