Responsibilities

Answering Emergency Hotline calls and gathering information from employees

Completing Intake Forms as per standards and submitting the electronic form to engage proper teams to assist callers

Situational Awareness of events and incidents that could cause an impact to people or operations

Monitoring of f3fb facilities for burglary or damage through CCTV and may include Electrical and HVAC systems

Complete daily reporting as per SOP

Escalation to appropriate authorities or f3fb teams should suspicious activity occur

Required

Solid verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability

Ability to focus and multi-task

High school diploma or GED required

1-2 years call center or customer service experience required

A strong work ethic with a solid record of dependability is crucial

Broad retail experience is beneficial

Communication skills across a variety of channels including Outlook, Teams, Phones, etc
