Scheduling and setting appointments for customers in two different branches
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
Inbound and outbound calls
Speak to customers requesting to cancel services and SAVE them!
Ensure Customer Service levels are met or exceeded
Speak to dissatisfied customers and HELP them!
