Responsibilities
Develop and cultivate professional relationships with key customers within their specific market
Work directly with customers to offer valuable solutions, by implementation of sales strategies resulting in increased product knowledge and sales growth
Manage through a direct sales team, all customer initiatives and needs. Maintain and further develop relationships to achieve business objectives
Lead, coach and manage a direct regional Tyson Sales Team to deliver sales plan objectives
Achieve sales plan through volume growth plans and business review with customers
Other duties include but not limited to, creation and execution against a list of assigned customers, maintain and track progress using CRM took, ensure customer sales support for customer events, meetings/presentations and product sampling
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: Minimum 7 years sales experience Food Service Manufacturing, Distributor or broker sales
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office Products
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Special Skills: Strategic Thinking, solution oriented, negotiation skills, understanding of motivational leadership skills and conflict resolution skills
Travel: 25-40%
Preferred
Candidates located in Arkansas, Kansas, Illinois, Missouri, or Tennessee and near a major airport are highly preferred
Candidates with experience in management, K-12 sales, and commodity reprocessing are highly preferred
