Modernizing procurement and contracting operations using AI and automation
Driving cross-agency and cross-division collaboration
Standardizing PMO practices (stage gates, reporting, dashboards)
Supporting COO and executive leadership with data-driven insights
Ensuring compliance, governance, and ethical AI usage
Leading large, multi-year programs ($10M+ budgets)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT Program Management experience
Prior experience with State of Texas agencies (multiple agencies strongly preferred)
Strong Procurement & Contracting Services project experience
Active PMP Certification (mandatory)
Experience managing large-scale, multi-year government programs
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
