Responsibilities
Assist in mapping and analyzing current planning workflows to identify automation opportunities
Support the design and testing of automated tools or templates to improve efficiency
Participate in planning meetings and contribute to cycle activities such as data validation, forecast updates, and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment on planning assumptions
Document learnings and propose recommendations for process improvements
Qualification
Required
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university or skills program/apprenticeship
Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related field
Interest & experience in any of the following areas: Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Inventory Control, Data Visualization, Business Administration, Statistics, Logistics, Project Management / Trade Compliance
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Quick learner with ability and willingness to learn / understand new concepts and processes, technology, etc. as needs arise
Passion and aptitude for supply chain with a desire to innovate
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Interpersonal competence and strong communication
Preferred
Class of 2027 graduate preferred
