Regional Sales Director, Oncology
EPM Scientific is an emerging global, research-driven biopharmaceutical organization focused on innovative therapies in rare hematology and oncology. They are seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Oncology division to manage and inspire a team of Oncology Account Managers, develop business plans, and build strong customer relationships to exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and inspire a team of Oncology Account Managers with the primary objective of exceeding sales goals
Develop and update area business plan as needed, implementing all sales and marketing programs
Collaborate across North America leadership team, identifying best practices and communicating for maximum effectiveness
Build customer relationships and customer commitment through the use of professional selling and represent the company in the marketplace in a highly ethical and professional manner
Lead team to deliver on targets through regular performance reviews and coaching. Identify high performers and associated competencies for success in career opportunities and professional development. Identify low performers and plans for improvement and appropriate documentation of continued low performance or improvement
Qualification
Required
Must live within the region and near a major airport
Preferred
10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotech experience
5+ years direct Leadership Experience (must have recent or currently be in a leadership role)
Background in rare, complex, or aggressive oncology/hematology disease states
Proven ability to lead tenured teams, drive strategic execution, and deliver strong sales performance
Skilled in navigating complex accounts, including IDNs, community hem/onc, and specialty networks
