They are seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to oversee delivery execution, capacity governance, and project performance across the Professional Services organization, ensuring effective management of resources and delivery processes.

Project manager leadership and accountability
Centralized intake, assignment, and delivery control
Capacity planning and utilization risk management
Portfolio reporting and forecasting
Professional services automation platform transition leadership
Continuous improvement and operational maturity
Qualification
Required
8 plus years of experience in Professional Services, delivery operations, or PMO leadership
3 plus years managing Project Managers or delivery leads
Experience owning or operating within a PMO function
Demonstrated success managing delivery capacity, utilization risk, and portfolio-level execution
Experience producing executive-level delivery and revenue reporting
Hands-on experience with PSA tools or complex project management platforms
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Finance, Sales, and Services leadership
Strong working knowledge of PMI-based project management frameworks and governance standards
Demonstrated ability to apply formal project management methodologies, governance standards, and controls in a Professional Services or delivery organization
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, subscription-based Professional Services, creative or web development agency environments strongly preferred
Active Project Management certification required. PMP or PgMP strongly preferred
Direct experience with subscription-based services models
Experience leading PSA selection, implementation, or migration initiatives
Familiarity with EOS operating frameworks
Background in scaling services organizations through periods of growth
