Responsibilities
Lead and govern end-user computing and workplace services across the organization
Own workplace strategy aligned with business productivity and security goals
Act as the primary escalation point for complex workplace issues
Partner with IT, Security, HR, and Business teams to improve employee digital experience
Drive automation, self-service, and innovation across workplace platforms
Architect, manage, and optimize SCCM (ConfigMgr) for device management, patching, and software distribution
Lead OS deployment, imaging, and refresh cycles for Windows devices
Design and implement co-management with Intune and modern device management practices
Ensure compliance with patching, configuration baselines, and security standards
Automate deployments using task sequences, PowerShell, and packaging best practices
Lead administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
Manage identity integration with Azure AD / Entra ID
Ensure governance, security, and compliance across M365 workloads
Partner with security teams on DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and information protection
Design, manage, and support VDI platforms (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon, etc.)
Ensure high availability, performance, and user experience for virtual desktops
Support hybrid workforce and remote access use cases
Optimize licensing, capacity, and cost for VDI environments
Own gold image creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management
Standardize hardware models, drivers, and firmware
Manage device onboarding, offboarding, and asset lifecycle
Ensure consistent build standards across physical and virtual endpoints
Implement endpoint security best practices (BitLocker, Defender, endpoint hardening)
Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements
Partner with security teams on incident response and vulnerability remediation
Monitor workplace SLAs, KPIs, and user satisfaction metrics
Drive root cause analysis and problem management
Lead vendors and managed service providers as applicable
Mentor and guide EUC engineers and support teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in End-User Computing / Workplace services
Strong hands-on expertise with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
OS Imaging and Deployment
Microsoft 365 (O365)
VDI platforms
Strong experience with Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
Solid scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)
Experience supporting global, enterprise-scale environments
