Responsibilities
Lead OSHA compliance training, including work area protection, trenching/shoring, and rigging
Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
Facilitate engaging workshops and safety sessions
Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs
Mentor junior training staff
Ensure alignment with regulatory and company safety standards
Qualification
Required
Certified Distribution Lineman - aerial or underground
Journeyman, Lineman, or Splicer qualification required
Experience delivering OSHA and field safety training
Strong background as a lineman, splicer, or safety professional
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Deep knowledge of utility safety and compliance practices
