Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with hotel leaders
Visit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality and staffing coverage
Recruit, hire, and onboard new Team Members
Assist with engagement activities and celebrations for our Team Members
Respond quickly to client and staffing needs
Ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance
Promote HotelPro’s values and positive culture
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English & Spanish)—a must!
1+ year of experience as a Supervisor in hospitality
Schedule flexibility to work as business needs require; including weekends
Previous experience working independently and making informed decisions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong team collaborator with a professional, respectful approach to teamwork
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for driving between client sites)
