Responsibilities
Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple pipelines (80–90% of the role)
Coordinate high-volume interview schedules using ATS and scheduling tools
Manage complex, bespoke scheduling for Research and Executive-level pipelines
Support large-scale Engineering, Product, Business, GTM, and non-technical hiring
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and executive business partners
Volume : Expect to manage 200–300 interviews per month
Qualification
Required
Proven Recruiting Coordination experience (must have done this role specifically)
Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced interview scheduling
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 'organized chaos'
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented when schedules change rapidly
Comfort working extensively in Slack and partnering cross-functionally
