Warehouse Operation Intern
JD.COM is a leading supply chain-based technology and service provider. The Warehouse Operations Intern supports daily warehouse operations and works closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and service level goals are met.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shipping operations
Monitor workflow and help balance labor across work areas
Track productivity, accuracy, and SLA performance
Escalate operational issues (labor gaps, system issues, delays) to Team Leaders or Managers
Support Team Leaders in coaching associates on standard work and safety practices
Help communicate daily goals, priorities, and process changes to associates
Assist with onboarding and training of new warehouse associates
Act as a point of contact for associates when Team Leaders are unavailable
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Assist with basic data tracking (volume, productivity, error rates)
Participate in process improvement projects and pilot initiatives
Promote a safe work environment and ensure SOPs are followed
Report safety concerns, near misses, and incidents promptly
Support warehouse audits and compliance checks
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs)
Strong communication skills and willingness to lead by example
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
