Responsibilities
Maintain and organize comprehensive construction files, project records, and logs for all aspects of the project
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all project activities to support reporting and compliance
Track, document, and resolve project issues and site conditions to ensure project progress remains uninterrupted
Oversee and manage the Request for Information (RFI) process and the submittal process, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping
Review and manage daily field inspector reports to ensure field activities align with project schedules and specifications
Provide technical guidance and administrative support to project teams, ensuring proper communication across all departments
Coordinate the flow of project information among team members, contractors, and other stakeholders
Ensure all construction work adheres to relevant engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions
Monitor quality control measures and ensure work complies with regulatory and project-specific requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
0-5 years for Junior Level
5-15 years for Mid-Level
15+ years for Senior Level
Previous experience on airport projects is highly preferred
Preferred
Professional certifications (such as AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications) are a plus
