Customer Success Supervisor - Northeast
Priority1 is a growing technology and logistics company that is looking for a Customer Success Supervisor to train and develop Customer Success Managers here in Little Rock, AR. This role involves transforming the business from a logistics focus to a technology-oriented approach to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Help develop a high-performance team
Train, mentor, and coach staff
Provide Organization and Leadership
Meet and exceed goals for retaining business
Manage organization in order to retain business at a high level
Facilitate calls to help Customer Success Managers problem solve
Participate in meetings with sales and conference calls to give updates on current business being managed
Work with sales management on transitioning business to the Customer Success Group

Qualification
Required
Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the interpersonal skills needed in a fast paced, team centered environment
A truly hands on individual who enjoys being part of a team environment, working well within one and is solution driven
Ability to work independently, knowing what needs to be done and able to effectively make that happen
Ability to partner and communicate with management to refine systems and implement best practices
General business and financial acumen
Must relocate to Little Rock, AR
A strong desire to operate and grow a business
Preferred
6 months of freight experience
Prior documented success selling/managing logistics services in a sales/customer service environment
