New Grad, Entry LevelThe Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join their Guest Relations team as a Lobby Greeter. This role involves serving as a hotel ambassador, providing exceptional guest service, and directing lobby visitors while gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing exceptional in-person service and assisting with inquiries and requests
Manage guest traffic throughout the lobby in a balanced and organized manner to minimize wait times
Maintain cleanliness in the lobby area and coordinate opportunities with appropriate departments
Observe lobby activity diligently and communicate with security when necessary
Direct guest complaints and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests and share information about the hotel's history and services

Required
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and requests
Flexibility in schedule, including availability on holidays and weekends
