Responsibilities
Lead the strategic growth and development of new and existing programs with energy and vision, like Respite, CommHab, Family Support Services, EI, UPK, ABA and more
Oversee day-to-day program operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
Serve as a compassionate and responsive point of contact for parents, providing guidance, reassurance, and support
Maintain strong working relationships with government agencies
Ensure compliance with government regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Program Director or senior program leadership role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Process-oriented with strong organizational and operational skills
Knowledge of Respite, CommHab, Family Support Services, EI, ABA, SETSS and similar programs
Experience with Carter students a plus
