Support the synthesis and documentation of climate strategy
Drafting of public climate-related disclosures
Preparation of a Board document
Excel at synthesis and strategic storytelling
Integrate existing research into a coherent framework for bank’s climate strategy
Slide building
Supporting the crafting of visually compelling and logically structured slide decks
Engaging and consensus building with dozens of partners across the enterprise
Draft key output, including slide decks and public disclosures
Improving, editing, and as needed drafting key output

Preferred
previous work experience, knowledge, and/or interest in climate and environmental sustainability
knowledge of CDP, TCFD and California climate reporting requirements
analytical skills to execute on the development of an analytical model in Google Sheets
previous experience in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
previous work experience in corporate strategy, sustainability strategy, and technically-grounded corporate communications or regulatory reporting
