Responsibilities

Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on mobile technology management, deployment, and maintenance
Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile, desk phones, and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop applications, smart phones (iOS), iPads, VoIP, and PBX telecom systems
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
The candidate will manage: Telecommunication Company management, Smart phone support, Tablet Support, InTune, Airwatch, Apple Business Management, and Video conferencing account management
