Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate orders as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Create and manage all shipping labels for domestic and international packages using FedEx and UPS
Ensure accuracy in shipping details and timely dispatch of all packages
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
Provide administrative support to executives and team members as needed
Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor with excellent customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Preferred
Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office manager preferred
Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping platforms (domestic and international)
