Responsibilities
Direct the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Oversee core accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and business initiatives
Qualification
Preferred
Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a mid-sized or manufacturing-focused organization
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting compliance standards
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
