Responsibilities
Partner with IT leaders to manage vendor engagement requests and purchase order submissions
Support the service desk where vendor requests are initiated, providing guidance and issue resolution
Create, process, and track purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies
Act as a liaison between IT leadership, ISC, and Finance to ensure smooth workflows and timely approvals
Coordinate vendor request escalations from IT leaders to VP-level stakeholders and facilitate executive review
Track and monitor vendor spend to ensure budget compliance and accurate forecasting
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support IT leadership decision-making
Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and deliver actionable insights
Support monthly close activities, including accruals and journal entries as needed
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
Identify opportunities to streamline vendor management and procurement processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency
Build strong relationships with IT stakeholders to understand business needs and provide proactive support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
5-10 years of experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, or technology implementation
Strong understanding of project management processes and principles
Experience with IT budget forecasting and financial analysis
Proficiency in business intelligence and financial tools such as SAP, BOBJ, and BPC
