Responsibilities
Collaborate with software development teams to plan, track and execute complex, cross organizational programs while maintaining focus on building the right things at the highest levels of quality
Perform program analysis, handle risk, identify and influence vital course corrections, creatively seek solutions, and communicate program status and activities across multiple levels of management
Assess and improve the processes that comprise the agile software development lifecycle, and mentor/coach others on those processes
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering [any], Engineering Management, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Program Manager-related occupation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering [any], Engineering Management, or related and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Program Manager-related occupation
PhD in Computer Science, Engineering [any], Engineering Management, or related and no experience
Demonstrated experience with MATLAB or Simulink
Demonstrated expertise in agile and cross-organizational software development programs in a commercial software environment
Demonstrated experience with developing and reporting on metrics for engineering development using reports such as Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI
Demonstrated expertise using work management and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
