Business Development Representative (BDR) - US Remote
Insight Assurance is a global audit firm focused on transforming cybersecurity and compliance. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify new sales leads, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and implement strategies to expand the customer base and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential new customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Work closely with the Growth and Expansion team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns
Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services
Qualification
Required
6+ months of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Be experienced in B2B, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market, with a proven track record
Have entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
