Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, product/service launches, and the overall company vision and strategy
Own brand stewardship, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and adherence to brand standards across all channels and touchpoints
Direct integrated marketing programs, including digital media (web, social, lead generation), advertising, collateral development, multi-media/video production, email campaigns, case studies, and customer presentations
Lead strategic events/tradeshows and similar customer-facing experiences as core components of brand and growth initiatives
Support translation of market research and customer insights into differentiated value propositions and actionable plans
Build, integrate, and mentor a high-performing team across functions such as marketing communications, creative services, digital, events
Collaborate cross-functionally with category management, sales, business leaders in products, services, and technology solutions, and executive leadership to align priorities and deliver measurable results
Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and performance metrics for all programs, with a focus on ROI, continuous improvement, and innovation in communication channels
Support senior leadership as needed on reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and growth-oriented messaging

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
12+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications leadership, with significant B2B expertise; healthcare products, solutions, and distribution services, or related industry experience strongly preferred
Proven track record leading mid-sized, diverse teams (8-12+ direct/indirect reports) and managing external agencies in fast-paced environments
Experienced financial management of $3 million+ in overall B2B marketing budget
Deep experience in brand management, integrated marketing, digital strategies, events, and limited customer/account-based marketing
Strong strategic vision, creative excellence, and executional rigor; ability to translate insights into growth-driving programs
Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills; experience working cross-functionally and with global teams
Outstanding communication abilities (written, verbal, visual) and consultative approach to stakeholder management
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong experience with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Salesforce, Pardot (or similar marketing automation), Showpad (or similar sales enablement platforms), and digital analytics tools
Experience leading digital media, content creation, and multi-channel campaign management
Solid understanding of digital strategies to guide digital transformation in with agencies and cross-functional team members

Preferred

Advanced degree preferred
Experience in execution of digital transformation plans and operational enhancement of social, web, marketing automation and lead generation in B2B marketing strongly preferred
Experience in corporate communications, including PR, media relations, and crisis management a plus but not required
