Coordinate with enterprise systems for accurate competency records
Establish KPIs and reporting for programme success
Develop and deploy the standardization of craft professional skills training globally
Qualification
Required
Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience
Skilled in people management
Knowledge in tracking software
Awareness of Craft skill types e.g. what a pipefitter does
Experience in managing multiple direct reports
Experience in managing people in offsite location
