Mid, Senior LevelPatriot Holdings International is a national commercial facilities management and construction firm supporting multi-location clients across the U.S. They are seeking a Finance Manager to improve cash visibility, manage working capital, and secure legitimate financing options.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a 13-week cash forecast and weekly cash cadence
Improve cash conversion through tighter AR, billing rhythm, collections support, and AP planning
Identify and fix cash leaks (invoice timing, dispute patterns, vendor term misalignment, etc.)
Source and pursue financing options (LOC, term loans, equipment financing, SBA-aligned pathways)
Prepare lender-ready packages (financials, AR aging, cash forecast, debt schedule, documentation)
Manage bank/lender communication, negotiate terms, and support ongoing reporting/covenants
Strengthen business credit profile through compliant, transparent actions (reporting accuracy, utilization strategy, vendor/payment structures)
Support leadership with personal credit readiness where appropriate and compliant
Coordinate with CPA/tax partners to keep filings current and lender-ready
Organize documentation needed for funding, audits, and due diligence
If you have FM/service-business experience, you can also help improve estimating/billing workflow and reduce AR friction (major plus)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in cash flow management, working capital, treasury, controller, or corporate finance
Track record preparing lender packages and navigating underwriting requirements
Strong understanding of financial statements and cash mechanics (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
High integrity and compliance-first mindset
Preferred
Direct experience securing revolving credit facilities / LOCs for SMB or mid-market companies
Experience in service businesses with heavy billing/AR reality (construction, FM, maintenance, field services)
Familiarity with business credit reporting ecosystems (D&B / Experian Business / Equifax Business)
