Specialized knowledge of areas like IT infrastructure, security, or specific software platforms is advantageous
Familiarity with the unique aspects of selling to SLED clients, including procurement processes, contract management, and legal and regulatory requirements, is crucial
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also important
Depending on the role and the geographic location of clients, some travel may be required

CRM proficiency with software such as Salesforce
