Permit Administrator and Project Manager

Responsibilities

Prepare, submit, and track all traffic control and right-of-way permits
Monitor permit expirations, renewals, and revisions
Act as liaison between municipalities, DOTs, utilities, and internal teams
Communicate permit status, risks, and delays proactively
Maintain accurate digital permit records
Track permit fees and support audits

Required
