Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day fund administration for real estate funds
Overseeing capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
Reviewing quarterly and annual reporting to Limited Partners
Handling investor communications and LP requests
Overseeing management company accounting (AP/AR)
Reviewing bank reconciliations and key deliverables
Mentoring and reviewing work of junior team members
Qualification
Required
5–6+ years of experience
Public accounting (audit or tax) strongly preferred
Real estate fund, private equity, or investment client exposure
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
Ownership mindset with strong follow-through
Professional, collaborative personality
Preferred
CPA is a plus, not required
