Responsibilities

Assist Director in the development of a capable network of influencers across culture, fashion and niche communities to leverage across all brand and business line plans
Help manage clear influencer strategies to ensure maximum leverage and optimal service
Support with the creation and execution of N. America seasonal influencer programming that fuels awareness, brand consideration and individual campaign KPIs
Identify and source new influencer talent & cross-channel trends
Manages internal relationships to ensure all plans and product focuses reflect business priorities and needs, while identifying areas of growth and opportunity
Support with partner briefing around content and specific deliverables to ensure alignment to overall campaign goals and Global brand image
Manages all gifting & seeding programs to ensure recipients are reflective of team goals, strategies and continues to expand N. America influencer relationships
Help drive the regional events strategy for mid/micro influencer activations aligned to the N. America cultural calendar and global brand image strategies
Support in the ideation & growth of the region’s local retail events strategy, aligned to commercial & brand needs
Partner with Director and relevant team members/vendors on all elements surrounding event & experiential activations, including ideation, planning and on-site support to ensure successful execution (elements inclusive of: guest experience, venue layout, décor and scenic elements, product/gifting needs, catering, contract negotiation and budgeting)
Support in fostering and maintaining relationships with experiential agency partners, vendors and venues in region
Partner with Director to execute key internal N. America events with brand executive leaders (e.g., presentation creation, vendor bookings, office space needs, on-site troubleshooting)
Support with prepping executive talking points and gathering information for internal communication needs
Partner with the Director on all internal communication pillars (executive newsletters, team communications, etc.) and support with project management associated with internal communications needs
Help strategize and secure local press stories and product focused local editorial, exploring influencer integrations where possible, and helping to supplement Global storytelling
Manage any/all product sampling and asset needs aligned to editorial opportunities
Assist director in all department budget tracking & invoicing
Help manage all contracts across influence/PR/events, including partnering with Legal & other internal teams
Manage all reporting around influencer, editorial and events in alignment with key seasonal and campaign objectives
Helps to manage Global submission and review process to ensure visibility, alignment and to keep review/feedback cadence on track for each project
Creates inspiration internally and externally for the influencer, PR and events function

Required

3-5 years of relevant experience within influencer marketing, communications, events and/or digital platforms
Prior experience within the retail fashion, beauty and/or lifestyle industries (in-house or agency)
Industry relationships and proven track record of success within the influence, communications and/or events landscape
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong interpersonal skills
Organized, detail oriented and proactive
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment
Deep knowledge and interest in influencer and digital trends
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Understand how to manage up & manage down to ensure deadlines and team needs are met
Be in the know – stay current on fashion, entertainment, lifestyle, culture, art, music and design trends
Live the function – have a strong POV on the fashion/beauty/lifestyle industries, digital platforms/commerce and latest trends
Resourceful, highly motivated project manager
Assist Director to develop strategies across influence, PR and events to support the N. America region to drive innovation, thought leadership and ultimately, consumer sales
Must be highly creative in identifying new opportunities internally and externally to optimize the N. America CK strategy
