Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow advertising revenue. Lead, mentor, and manage two sales representatives, ensuring alignment with company goals
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team
Identify and target new advertising clients across relevant industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective brands
Negotiate and close high-value deals that maximize revenue and client satisfaction
Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to optimize ad offerings
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership
Represent at industry events and conferences to promote the platform
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven success in building and scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic and direct sales
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize strategies
