Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Configure and maintain security, compliance, and identity management within Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide Tier 3 escalation support
Implement governance, policies, and best practices for collaboration, data protection, and system standardization
Lead migrations, upgrades, and integration of M365 services with other enterprise systems
Develop automation and reporting using PowerShell and other tools to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption, performance, and reliability of M365 services

Required

Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
Deep knowledge of Azure, hybrid Active Directory, identity management, and M365 security features
Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive administration
Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
Experience with migrations, upgrades, and cloud integration projects
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred

Familiarity with monitoring tools (SCOM, SolarWinds, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, MS-700, or related M365 credentials
